GAB Foudation and GEC in collaboration with Zoo Negara under the WATER Project banner will make it come back with a visible big splash this time in Zoo Negara through a river carnival 2012. The river carnival will be organised in conjunction with world water day 2012. The fun and learning public outreach programe has attracted many visitors since it was first organised in May 2008 at Desa Mentari square. Along the way the event organiser has improved a lot and now it has became an annual event for the WATER Project. The second carnival was conducted at Sungei Way in July 2010 which has atttracted at least 500 crowds. In year 2012 the event anticipated at least 1000 crowds will be at the carnival taking part in all activities planed for the day.
