GAB Foundation and GEC has organised the school programme under the W.A.T.E.R Project Mobile River Care Unit. For this year six schools has been selected and SMK Tmn Dato Harun are the first to invite the MRCU from among the six schools selected in the MRCU school visits programme. The environmental talk was successfully organised on 22nd July and was participated by 44 students and two teachers. 

Environmetal talk was delivered by GEC's Coordinator Dr K. Kalithasan and followed by local community demonstration on soap and candle making from used cooking oil. The event adjourned at 12.30pm and school has committed to initiate their mini scale green project with the support from GEC's seed grant.
